Driver Coordinator with very good Romanian language skills
Location: Warsaw (office-based position)
Employment type: Full-time employment contract
We are looking for a Driver Coordinator responsible for daily support of Romanian professional drivers working for our clients in Germany.
This position is not a classic transport dispatching role and does not include route or load planning. The role focuses on daily driver support and coordination of operational and employee-related matters in cooperation with internal departments.
- Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with Romanian-speaking drivers.
- Handling requests related to accommodation, salary matters, work schedules, vacations, sick leaves and other employee-related topics.
- Forwarding requests internally to the relevant departments (no direct contact with clients or accommodation providers).
- Supervising an assigned group of drivers.
- Updating driver data (status, availability, documentation).
- Cooperation with internal teams in Poland, Romania and Germany.
- Building long-term working relationships with drivers.

Requirements:
- Romanian language is mandatory and will be the main working language.
- Polish language is not required.
- If the candidate does not speak Polish, English or German at a communicative level (minimum B2) is required.
- Experience in transport, logistics, driver coordination or operational roles.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- MS Office knowledge.
