Social media policy
When you use our social media accounts, you interact with us, such as by subscribing to a fanpage, leaving your reaction (likes, comments) or sending us a message. The information you provide about yourself may constitute personal information. This Social Media Policy describes how we process personal information collected through accounts on the following social media sites (hereinafter “Social Media Sites”):

I. Personal data controller
The administrator of your personal data is MAOBI Group Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (02-146) at 45B Komitet Obrony Robotników Street, (dalej „Administrator”). - opublished or submitted data through services offered by Linkedin (e.g., filled out forms, answered surveys).
- Name, surname, image and other identifying data made publicly available by you on the profile created on Linkedin (including address, contact information, e.g. e-mail address, telephone, and data on education, seniority, professional entitlements and history of previous employment),
- statistical data on account visitors, collected through cookies.

- visited the Administrator’s website,
- have interacted with the Administrator.

We process the data of individuals who:- have subscribed to the account by clicking the “Subscribe” icon,
- published a comment under any of the videos posted in the account or reacted to the published videos.
- Account ID (usually including name or nickname),
- profile photo,
- content of your comments,
- statistical data on account visitors, collected through cookies.
III. Purposes and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data:- based on legitimate interest (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f General Data Protection Regulation) consisting of:
- to maintain an account on the Social Network, under the terms and conditions set by the operator of the Portal and to inform through it about our activities, to promote events and brand, products and services, to build and maintain a community with us (including supervision of the content published by users) and to communicate through the available functionalities of the Social Network(comments, news),
- keeping statistics (by analyzing data on the activity of users of our account),
- possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims.
- on the basis of a separately granted consent to the extent and for the purpose specified in the content of the consent and for the time until its withdrawal (Art. 6 (1) lit. a. Or Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation),
- on the basis of statutory requirements in order to fulfill our legal obligations under the law (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
IV. Co-management of personal data
With regard to the processing of personal data for the purposes of statistics, we act as co-controllers within the meaning of Article 26 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation together with the operator of the Social Network that provides the statistics option. We undertake such activities within the framework of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) described above. V. Recipients of data
Your personal information will be accessed:- our authorized personnel and those providing services to us (including marketing, IT and support services) who need to access the data to perform their duties,
- Other users of the Social Network (due to the fact that information about the people watching the account, likes, as well as the content of comments, posts and other information provided by users is public),
- public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law,
- administrator of the Social Network on the terms described in the privacy policies provided.

VI. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations
We do not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.VII. Data retention period
The period of data processing is related to the purposes and grounds for processing, therefore:- data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until consent is withdrawn,
- data processed on the basis of statutory requirements will be processed for as long as the law dictates that the data be stored,
- data processed on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest will be processed until an objection is effectively lodged or this interest ceases, i.e..:
- as a standard, we process your data until we terminate your Social Network account,
- personal data that we have obtained in ongoing correspondence, we keep for the duration of the handling of the message sent to us,
- data processed for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, we process for a period equal to the period of limitation of such claims.
VIII. You are entitled to the following rights:
- The right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data processing, as well as the right to data portability,
- The right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes,
- The right to object to data processing based on your particular situation,
- where the processing of your data is based on consent – the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
IX. Information about the source of data and other information
- We receive your personal information directly from you through your interaction with our Social Network account and from your public profile.
- Provision of data is voluntary.
- Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
